MEMBERSHIP II
The member of the organization shal be the following:
A). Those who at the time of addoption of the Constitution and By-Laws are incumbent member of DIABLO Squad Crime Buster, Guardians Brotherhood Inc, Guardians Center Foundation Inc, Magic Group and all others Guardians faction who will be admitted pursuant to the provision of Constitution and By-Laws.
B). Those who are hereafter admitted as a member of the organization in accordance with this Constitution an By-Laws.
Section 2.
Qualification of membership
A Filipino citizen who is of good standing in the community is eligible for membership provide he/she shall qualify and pass the organization screening and testing procedure after an application is made in writing is given due course. The Organization shal determine the qualification of an applicant for membership. Among others the age requirements for Magic Group is at least twenty one (21) years of age.
Section 3.
Membership Procedure
Applicant for membership shal be made in writing in an official form provided for purpose. An applicant shall only be considered as a bonafide member after having pass the five (5) stage of membership namely a). Application b). Background Investigation c). Presentation of applicant d). Indoctrination Seminar/Lecture and e). Recognation.
A). Application - An applicant shall acomplish an official application form duly endorsed by any binafide member, known as sponsor, of the organization wich shall be submitted to Screening Committee of the Local Chapter for examination and approval.
B). Background Investigation - No one shall be admitted as a organization member unless his/her background has been throughly known and investigates to ensure that he/she will not be liability or source of embarrassment in the future. As part of investigation, an applicant is required to present a police clearance from his/her place of residence.
C). Presentation of Applicant - An applicant who passed the two (2) stage of membership must be presented to all members during monthly scheduled meetings. In this stage, applicant must state his/her personal circumstancec and reason for joining the organization. An objection from members will automatically disqualify the applicant but objection and must be justified and approved by present members. If there is no objection, applicant must be immediately scheduled for seminar/lecture.
D). Indoctrination Seminar/Lecture - Applicant whose application forms shall have been approve. shall undergo indoctrination seminar or lecture on the objectives aspiration and ideas of the organization.
E). Recognition - In this stage, it has been the practice of the organization to addopt certain customs and tradition by which it sets itself from other organization and giving members one sense of belongingness and identity essential to the progress and success of the organization
Section 4.
Rights of Membership - A member shall have the following rights:
A). To exercise the right to vote on all matters relating affair to the organization
B). To be eligible to an elective or appointive office
C). To participate in all deliberation/meeting of the organization
D). To avail facilities of the organization
E). To examine all records or book of the organization during business hours
